I have bet on countless of hands of chemin de fer. I began working my way into the gambling halls when I was still underage. I have enjoyed online vingt-et-un, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a little while. With all that said I have still spent all kinds of cash at 21. The casinos have made it nearly impossible to beat the casino.
I still enjoy the game and gamble on a frequent basis. Over this time period I have wagered on a variation of 21 called "The Take it Leave it Method". You won’t get loaded with this tactic or beat the house, still you will have an abundance of fun. This tactic is built on the fact that chemin de fer seems to be a game of runs. When you are hot your hot, and when you are not you’re NOT!
I wager with basic strategy chemin de fer. When I don’t win I bet the table minimum on the next hand. If I don’t win again I wager the lowest amount allowed on the successive hand again etc. As soon as I profit I take the payout paid to me and I wager the initial wager again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I win again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original wager. I continue wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I do not win I return the bet back down to the original amount.
I am very disciplined and do not "chicken out". It gets extremely enjoyable at times. If you win a few hands in series your bets go up very quickly. Before you know it you are gambling $100-200/ hand. I have had fantastic streaks a number of times now. I left a $5 table at the Venetian a few years ago with $750 after 45 minutes using this tactic! And a couple of days ago in Las Vegas I left a game with $1200!
You must comprehend that you can relinquish much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more enjoyable. And you will be aghast at the runs you witness playing this way. Here is a chart of what you would wager if you continue winning at a five dollar game.
Wager five dollar
Take five dollar paid to you, leave the original 5 dollar bet
Bet five dollar
Leave $5 paid-out to you for a total wager of $10
Bet ten dollar
Take ten dollar paid to you, leave the initial 10 dollar wager
Wager $10
Leave $10 paid to you for a total bet of $20
Bet twenty dollar
Take $20 paid to you, leave the initial $20 bet
Wager 20 dollar
Leave $20 paid-out to you for a total bet of 40 dollar
Bet 40 dollar
Take $40 paid to you, leave the first forty dollar wager
Wager $40
Leave 40 dollar paid to you for a total bet of eighty dollar
Wager eighty dollar
Take $80 paid-out to you, leave the original 80 dollar bet
Bet eighty dollar
Leave eighty dollar paid to you for a total wager of 160 dollar
Bet $160
Take 160 dollar paid to you, leave the initial $160 wager
If you departed at this moment you would be up $315 !!
It’s hard to go on a run this long, but it occasionally happen. And when it does you can’t alter and lower your bet or the end result will not be the same.
