Blackjack is a game that reminds me somewhat of a roller coaster. It’s a game that starts out slowly, but gradually picks up speed. As you grow your profit, you feel as though you are making moves to the top of the coaster and then when you least expect it, the bottom drops.
Blackjack is so much like a crazy ride the similarities are creepy. As is the case with the popular amusement park experience, your blackjack game will peak and things will seemingly be going great for a while before it bottoms out once again. Undoubtedly you have to be a bettor who can readjust to the ups and downs of the game especially given that the game of blackjack is packed full of them.
If you like the mini coaster, a coaster that doesn’t go too high or fast, then bet small. If you find the only way you can enjoy the ride is with a much bigger wager, then hop on board for the crazy ride of your life on the monster coaster. The high rolling gambler will love the view from the monster crazy ride because they are not considering the drop as they rush head first to the top of the game.
A win goal and a loss limit works well in black jack, but very few players adhere to it. In black jack, if you "get on the rollercoaster" as it is going up, that is just great, but when the cards "go south" and the coaster starts to twist and turn, you had better escape in a hurry.
If you don’t, you may not necessarily remember how much you enjoyed the view while your profit was "up". The only thing you will remember is a lot of uncertainties, a wicked ride … your head in the sky. As you are recalling "what ifs", you won’t find it easy to recollect how "high up" you went but you will clearly recall that devastating fall as clear as day.
